I can help you better understand these situations in your life and create solutions for them. I can help you process and understand your thoughts and feelings. My practical approach entails a therapeutic alliance that is warm, empathic, supportive and interactive. At the core of my work is a belief in an individual’s innate capacity to grow and adapt which contributes to lasting improvements and changes in one’s overall quality of life.
Whether you struggle being yourself in social situations, you feel guilty about past mistakes, resentful of others’ mistakes, or you worry about many things, in therapy, we can work through these challenges together. Characteristic of my approach I answer my phone or if you leave a message I will personally return your call or email.
There is hope! You don’t have to keep struggling on your own. It’s time to try a different way. With the right help you can start feeling better. I respect that it can feel uncomfortable to take the next step, but please, call or email me today.
